    I am thinking to transfer all the data from server desktop to a laptop. All the files get easily transferred except the E-mail files of MS Outlook. I tried a lot to open MS Outlook OST file. But unfortunately get the error Cannot Open OST File I use all possible tricks but it doesn’t work

    Need your suggestions, please help me out to Open OST file

    Hi

    It will definitely work once you set the Outlook e-mail account on your laptop. And when you copy your Outlook data files they will have something to overwrite. But you have to be very careful while Overwriting. Do this it will allow you to open OST file.

    I followed all the instruction as stated by you and able to create account and import PST file, but still facing the same issue with OST file.

    Please check your internet connection and connect your system. Now set Outlook for cached Mode, here all your emails will be available to you when you are offline once you download them from the server. Do this in correct way

    Thanks for this solution, it seems like a perfect solution but currently I am away from server network. Is there any another solution using which I can open OST file.

    Yes, you can try the alternate solution if you like to easily Open your OST file in simple and few steps.

    Thanks a lot for your responses. I am successfully able to open OST file with the help of this tool. It is really the best tool to open OST file.
