    Hi,

You can use the method to create vCard file from the iPhone using iCloud. To follow this method you can use the below steps:
Step 1: Open icloud.com and login by using Apple Id and password
    Step 2: Click on “Contacts”
    Step 3: Select the contacts
Step 4: Click on “Gear”–> “Export vCard”. Then you get a VCF file and can use it as a backup

    Thanks

    Hi Eddie Thwan,

Once I have faced the same situation to create the vCard file from your iPhone contacts to take the backup, that time one of my friends suggests SysTools vCard Importer tool which can create the VCF files from your iPhone contacts and export VCF to Outlook.

    Thanks & Regards
