    Hi All,

    One of my clients is migrating from AOL (America Online) to Office 365.

    Please suggest what are the pre-requisites to perform this migration and the ways to transfer the AOL mailbox to the Microsoft cloud.

    Hello,

    It depends on the type of method that you would use to connect AOL to Office 365.
    Which procedure would you prefer for this migration (manual or a third-party solution)?

    Hello,

    There are no requirements as such but, for the manual solution, you must connect AOL to Office 365 using IMAP configuration.
    There are some automated methods also to transfer the AOL mailbox to the Microsoft cloud.

    Hi,

    I would like to add one more solution for you. You can use two steps that is, first convert your AOL mails to PST file format using SysTools AOL backup tool and after that import these PST files to Office 365 with the help of Office 365 Import tool.
