    Hello Dexter,
You can follow these steps for a manual solution which will be free to use to export Outlook Express emails to Outlook.

    (i) Install Windows Live Mail on your system.
(ii) Click on File Tab and then Import Messages.
(iii) Select Microsoft Outlook Express in Import messages dialog box, then click Next.
(iv) Select All Folders and click Next.
    (v) Now all the Outlook Express data will be imported in Windows Live Mail.
    (vi) Again follow Step 1.
(vii) Click on Export email and then select Email Messages.
(viii) An Export email window prompt appears, select Microsoft Exchange and then click Next.
(ix) A notification message will appear. Click OK.
    (x) Select all folder like Step 4.
    (xi) Click on Finish.

    Ping me for further assistance.

Thanks for the help Mariya, but this method is too long and very time consuming as I have a large number of emails to transfer from Outlook Express to Outlook. Therefore is there any solution using which I can export all the mailbox data in one time without any file size restriction?
