Days ago switched to my older laptop, have Outlook 2003 installed in it. But it is receiving only the new AOL mails and excludes the older mailbox folder. I tried every single options to get my older mails back but nothing’s working. Should I need to upgrade my Outlook version to get my older AOL mails & folders?

Well it seems you want your whole AOL email folder synced in Outlook but the fact is that Outlook only sync the send/receive mails and overrides the previous mail folders. Whether you are using outlook 2003 or 2013 the issue persists. I must suggest you should take backup of your AOL account so that all your AOL mail folders get synced safely.
I think if I migrate from 2003 to Outlook 2013 then only I will be able to download all my AOL data. In fact, I had changed my archive setting so that I can download my AOL data from that specific date. But I am confused now how to do?
HinnWell even if you use Outlook 16 it will remain same as Outlook only sync send/receive mails so I would suggest you that you should take backup of your AOL data, because it is the only way I see will help you out now. nI suggest a third party utility a third-party tool AOL backup as they described there that the tool will back up all your AOL data (current & previous both) so must give it a try. nNote: - Use the tool at your own because I haven’t used the utility before. n
