Hello KerrynSame problem arise with me. Got Outlook 2013 via Office 365 and added my Outlook account as my account. It's my only account. Everything syncs up; email, contacts, calendar with Outlook however the contacts do not show in the address book. nThese are the steps I followed: n1. My contacts folder shows up in the address book window. n2. The contact folder is selected to show in the address book however the check box under the “Show this folder as an email Address Book” option is greyed out and unchangeable. n3. I have deleted the account and created a new profile by adding back my Outlook. com account. nSame results; everything syncs but contacts in the Address Book. n nThoughts?
