    Hi

I want to convert MSG to PDF with attachments as I have bulk Outlook messages that are hard to keep as a backup copy with me. Sometimes, I need to send those emails and access them on my mobile which is not possible with .msg format. Can anyone suggest me any method to export Outlook MSG files to PDF format in an easy and effective way?

    Hi Barry

It is easy to convert Outlook messages i.e. MSG files to PDF format. You can simply use Outlook add-in in order to get all the emails as a backup in your system.

    Hi Sandra

I am not familiar with this method using Outlook add-in. Can you explain this method in detail as to get a clear picture of the procedure that you have mentioned?

You need to follow some steps:

    1. First of all, you need to open MS Outlook wherein Adobe PDF, click on Setup Automatic Arrival option.
    2. Now, you need to select the folder which consists of all the Outlook messages that are required to be converted from the saved location.
    3. Click on Run Archival Now option in order to open the windows for settings.
    4. Now, you need to click on the Settings and then, hit on Include All Attachments which can convert the attachments as well.
    5. In the end, you will get all the emails and their corresponding attachments in the desired location in your system.

Ok, I got this method but there are some issues due to which I am unable to get my emails. Can you tell why is it happening?

I think there is a bulk of MSG emails and that’s why it is not responding. Try to select a small folder with less number of emails and then, try this method once.

I have many emails and it is really difficult for me to create a small folder and then convert to PDF format. After that, it is difficult to manage all the emails. Please suggest any simple technique that takes very less time and efforts.
