I have some existing Outlook messages in MSG format. I am unable to open those files. I want to access them and save them in PDF file format as a backup so that I can access them in future. But I don't know how to convert multiple MSG files to PDF file format? Can anyone suggest me any method to do so?

Yes, sure. You need to follow these steps: nn1. Open MS Outlook and select email message which you want to convert. n2. Then, click on File tab >> Save As option. n3. Select destination location to save that email. n4. From Save as Type, click on Drag & Drop list to select HTML format. n5. Now, your Outlook message will save with. html extension. n6. Open that file with Microsoft Word and then, click on Office button >> Save as >> PDF. n7. Now, you will get your Outlook message in PDF format.
With the help of this method, I am able to save Outlook messages one by one. It takes a lot of time. After converting the file, I am unable to get the same formatting of the email message. Please suggest any other effective method.
