How to Convert OST to PST Format on Windows 10 Computer?

I have an OST file of 85GB in size. All I want is to convert into PST format. I kept it into my external hard drive. Can anyone suggest to me a solution to convert OST to PST format? Also, I want to create a PST file of 8GB each.
