    Hi,

    I have some EML files from Outlook Express. I want to keep them safe as a backup on my system. Therefore,  I am looking for a solution to view them and save on my hard drive as PDF file format. Can anyone suggest me how to convert Outlook Express email to PDF (Portable Document File)?

    No, currently I am using Outlook email application and I can access EML files also.

    OK great. Follow these steps:

    1. Open MS Outlook. You need to select any EML file.
    2. Go to File and click on Save As.
    3. Select HTML file format and save the file at any desired location.
    4. Navigate to the location where you have saved your file. Open it with MS Word.
    5. Then, go to Office Button and click on Save As.
    6. At last, select PDF file format to save the file in portable document format.

    This process is taking a lot of time to save a bulk number of emails in PDF file format. Is there any other method which is less time-consuming?

    Yes, I have tried many tools but I didn’t get any effective tool that can easily convert Outlook Express emails to PDF file format. Can you please suggest any effective tool?
