    Hello guys,

    I have several PST files that I want to convert in EML file format. But the problem is I don’t know how to do it? Someone, please help me?

    Hello Christ Harold,
    You can convert your PST file to EML using the Thunderbird application. You can follow all these steps:

    1. Open Mozilla Thunderbird >> Click on Tools >> Click on Import.
    2. Select Import All and click Next.
    3. Select Outlook and click Next.
    4. The process begins.
    5. When you’re done, Outlook data will appear in Thunderbird. This means the PST file has been converted to EML.
    6. To view the converted Outlook file in EML format, select all emails with the command CTRL + A. Right click, then click Save As.
    7. Now all emails from the PST file will be exported to EML format.

    Many thanks to David Taylor for your help. But I still can’t transfer PST to EML file format. I followed all of the suggested steps correctly, what’s wrong with it. Can you guide me please?

    Christ, did you have the Outlook application installed on your system? Both Thunderbird and Outlook should be installed on your system to perform this task.

    No, only the Thunderbird application is installed on my system. I don’t want to install Outlook because I manage my daily work with Thunderbird. Is there any other method I can use to convert PST file to EML format?

    No, there is no other manual method to export PST files to EML. If you want to convert PST to EML without Outlook, you should choose a third-party tool. I tried SysTools PST Converter which has given me safe and quick results. You can also try.

    Step 1. Download and install PST file conversion tool.
    Step 2. Add PST files to convert.
    Step 3. Preview Outlook emails with attachments.
    Step 4. Select EML format as saving format and click Export.
