How to Download Office 365 Data to Local Storage

Hi all, rnI would like to save a copy of Office 365 data to my hard drive. Is there any way to do this? rnOther than the data center level backup given by the Microsoft, is it possible to download a copy of Office 365 emails, contacts & calendars into a local storage copy.?

Thanks for the responsennBut it will a very lengthy task for an admin to download entire data one by one into PSTnI stick to my question that I need to keep a monthly copy of entire mailboxes on a local disk. nIs it possible through PowerShell commands, have any one tried before?

HellonCurrently there is nothing like the PowerShell script to download office 365 data? Why don’t you go for inbuilt backing up data on the service, apart from the SLA to maintain the continuity of your data, which activate the Archive Mailbox for the accounts you need to back up, & define a retention policies for that archive mailboxes

HinnI agree with your suggestion that they already provide data continuity. But my scenario is for those who needs to have a complete data of company’s mailboxes due to legal or investigation reason. I just need a physical copy to be store & use them anytime when needed. I am complete aware that there are many replicas available in Office365 but still want a copy present every time.

Hi, nI found this: as your solution. They are claiming to download your multiple Office365 user's data at once. The saving format PST is also available with inclusion of EML file format.

Hi, nThe tool you have referred is very helpful. I talked to their support team for their further service. They told me that I could download my Office365 data of specific date range.
