Extract Data from Outlook OST File to PST - Efficient Tricks

Hi

I am using Outlook 2010, but since few days I am getting a notice i. e my OST file exceeded its limit and when I recreate the mailbox I lost some important emails. I tried multiple solutions to restore Outlook OST file data but not able to access it. Therefore, I would like to recover OST emails and Convert them from Outlook OST to PST for easy accessibility. Now, I am searching for a perfect solution to save OST emails. If you have the solution then share it here. Please help!

Thanks for your response, I tried to reduce its size but unable to do so, It gets corrupted due to exceeded limit as I said. So can you please tell me if there is any perfect utility using which I can recover OST file data and save it

Select export & import wizard and choose export to a filen4. Select the outlook data file format and click on nextn5. Choose the mailbox which is to be extracted and click on next to continuen6. There is a number of alternate solution available in the market, you can use them. But in order to freely export your data from OST file, I would like to suggest you use OST to PST converter tool to convert OST to Outlook PST file. It will export all your mailbox data without any file restriction
