How Can I Extract Emails from Outlook OST File ?

I want to extract my emails from OST file. I found that, to restore the mailbox contents, first I need to convert the OST files to PST format. So can anyone please help me to overcome this problem. Is there any easy methods to extract OST emails directly or not?

nGuys Thanks for your suggestion. But I think the above two are not a professional solution because I have a huge amount of emails in my mailbox.
