    Hello Barry Scholfield,

Are you searching for manual methods to combine PST files? If yes, then you can go with two simple steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Create a new PST file
Step 2: In this new one, import all PST files

    Thanks

    Hi Lincoln Burrows,

Thanks for you suggestion. But I am not a technical person so, I don’t know how to perform the above mentioned steps. Can you just explain the step by step procedure?

    Hi,

I have explained the above manual method in an easy manner. You can proceed these steps to join PST files

Step 1: To create new PST file, follow the steps:

    • From Outlook window, click the options “New Items-> More Items-> Outlook data file”.
    • Select one location to save the new file and provide name then click “OK”.

Step 2: To import or merge all PST files follow the given steps:

    • In Outlook, click on “File-> Open-> Import”.
    • You can view Import Export Wizard and then select “Import from another program or file”
    • Click “Next” and select “Outlook data file(.pst) and click the option “Next”.
    • Click on “Browse” to locate the file then check “So not import duplicates” box and click “Next”.
    • Select the folder that you want to import then check “Include subfolders” and “Import items into the same folder in” boxes and click “Finish”

    Thanks & Regards
