    I am working on Windows 8.1 and facing some problem in synchronization between my Outlook 2013 and Gmail account. I have even deleted my Outlook Account and reopened it. Some of the Gmail files got synched to a new .ost folder, but I can’t able to access the data from original c drive .ost folder. Neither I am able to import the OST file data to Gmail account.
    Can anyone please suggest any method to import OST to Gmail without losing any data?

    Hi Barry,

    As OST file can’t be accessed anywhere and also there is no such direct solution to export OST file to Gmail account. First, you will have to convert OST to OST format and then import that resultant PST file in Gmail.

    Hi,

    You can move Outlook OST to Gmail by using Auto-Archive option. This method provides an option to select the number of days for which you need to archive the data. Follow the steps mentioned below:

    1. Open your Microsoft Outlook account.
    2. Click on Tools and select Options.
    3. Select the Auto-Archive option from the given dialog box. Click on OK.
    4. From Run Auto-Archive after every option and select the number of days required to archive the data.
    5. Browse a location to save the Auto-Archive file. Click OK.

    Once the Outlook OST files are converted into PST format you can easily import that converted data to Gmail with the help of the GAMMO tool.

    Thanks to all for showing interest in my query. But, these manual solutions to convert Offline Outlook file to PST are a bit long and time-consuming also. Can anyone please suggest an automated procedure which will export OST data to Gmail in no time.

    As per your query to convert MS Outlook OST into PST format you can use software by SysTools to convert OST to PST. I have tried many manuals as well as automated ways to convert Offline OST file data to Gmail and this is one of the best and relevant solutions to move Outlook .ost file.
