    Hi there,
I am a Lotus Notes user, I have been using Lotus Notes for more than 5 years. But, due to some reasons, it is a requirement to migrate Lotus Notes to Exchange Server. As I am using this client for such a long time – I have a huge amount of data in NSF file format. Are there any helpful methods with which I can shift to Exchange Server with all my data?

    Hi,
One may help you with a number of methods through which you can Convert Lotus Notes to Exchange Server. But before that, they need to know the status and configurations of your system. I suggest you do a configuration check of your system.

Please check for the prerequisites to ensure a feasible migration of data:
    1. Notes Domino Server 6.0.3 and 6.5 or above on Windows Server 2003
    2. Domino server R5 with Windows 2000 Server to use Exchange Notes Connector.

    Hello Natalie,
As you suggested, I made a go through over my system configurations. And, fortunately, my system does have Notes Domino Server 6.5.
It would be great if, you can mention some ways to migrate from Lotus Notes NSF file to Exchange Server.

Okay, It is good to know that you have the necessary requirements.
Now, All you have to do is. First, Configure your Lotus Notes Connector Exchange 2003. Then prepare Domino Environment. After that, prepare the Exchange Server Environment. After creating the Exchange Server environment let the Domino Exchange connector work. Now, you can easily migrate Lotus Notes mailboxes to Exchange.

    Hi,
I am also trying to convert my Lotus Notes to Exchange Server and already tried these steps. But, somehow they didn’t help me right. It would be great if somebody can mention some other solutions to our issues.

I am sorry to know that you are not able to get your Lotus Notes converted to Exchange Server with my mentioned method. In that case, you can refer to the blog linked to URL mentioned below:

    Hi there,
Once I also faced this situation and was trying all these steps but there was no result. But, after so many attempts I came across the blog mentioned my Christ Harold it does contains an expert solution too. It mentions of a tool i.e SysTools Mail Migration Wizard as it’s expert solution That expert solution is a super easy and reliable way to migrate Lotus Notes mailbox to Exchange. I may not ever find a way easier than this when it comes to migrating my Lotus Notes files to Exchange.
