Is someone getting the same error related to No Valid MBOX File in Mac Mail, Recently I try to import to a MBOX file Mac OS 10.6 to 10.7 into Apple Mail in configured Apple Mail email client? But, don't know the reason, after importing file MBOX file on configured system, not able to view my complete Inbox mailbox files. Is someone help know the default location of Mailbox of Apple mail, I trawled many forums sites to find the solution. Hope someone help me there to find the answer for "error no valid MBOX files were found".

Hey, nYou can try this explain manual methods to fix your error related to " no valid MBOX file" so that you can import your MBOX file to 10.7 platforms. To import MBOX from one platform, firstly you can take backup of your MBOX file using below instructionsnnFirst Go to library Mail Location: ~/Library/Preferences/com. apple. mail. plistnnSometimes files are hidden, to Open hidden files  Go >> Go to Folder.nType ~/Library/ and click on Hit button, so that you can directly reach to mail location. nNow copy the  MessageRules. plist from the location and save them to the new location: ~/Library/Mail/V2/MailData/. nAfter taking backup of the file, now you can follow the instruction to import MBOX file in Apple mail. nGo to File >> Import Mailboxes >> Choose Apple Mail and click Continue button, nNow Browse the location of MBOX on your configured system. Select the MBOX file and select Choose button. Now click on Continue option. nNow close Mail. App application and reopen again to view the messages of imported file. nnHope this solution resolve your error of no valid MBOX files were found in Mac.

MBOX) Folder. nAlso, create another folder inside named Messages within MBOX(xx. MBOX) Folder. nNow export all . emlx file into "Messages" folder. nNow Open Apple Mail and Find the Mailbox with the name you assigned for the mailbox. nThe Follow the Configured Mailbox and Click Rebuild. nAfter completion of rebuilding process, you can view your all Emails of Mailbox

Hey, I think both above-discussed methods are more complex and lengthy, If you still get " No valid MBOX file found" issues after following method.
