I am not getting any email in my account but, there is no problem in sending the emails. Can anyone suggest a solution?

Hello Michael, nnSome more information is needed to resolve your issue as you haven’t mentioned the type of account you are using, with which email account you have configured your Outlook, is it showing any error message? Please mention the above information, I will be happy to assist you further.
