I have just changed my employee email address to POP from IMAP, but I am unable to import my old. OST file to retrieve older emails. I have already deleted the old OST IMAP account and created new POP account. My old. OST file is present on same computer, but I am not able to open it or retrieve any email messages. I even tried recreating another IMAP account and renaming the old. OST to the new. OST file name, but not able to view and read emails.

Any thoughts on this, how can I view and read my IMAP OST emails.

To read your emails from. OST file created with IMAP, you need to use 3rd party IMAP OST to PST converter. You can checkout various OST to PST converter for IMAP emails from below listing:

http://www. recovery-tools. org/exchange-OST/

I have personally tested and used all 3 converters and all works fine. Last OST converter has got rich features and you can get a good bundle license deal on respective website. Go ahead and test these converters on your. OST file and see conversion results. If you feel satisfied then order license for anyone of the converter and get your OST file converted to PST file, which can easily open in MS Outlook.

To view your emails from your. OST file, you can also use a FREE Viewer for OST files. You can get one such FREE OST viewer application from http://www. freeostviewer. com/nnFreeware utility shows all of your emails from OST file and also allows you to view attachments from the respective email messages. nnForensic investigators can also get a sneek preview into OST files with hex view present in the free viewer.

Just wanted to drop you a short note to let you know how happy I am with your OST to PST conversion product. nnI used your suggestion from above list and installed a third-party tool OST to PST Converter. nnI had to "reset" my Windows 10 system and it wiped out my 2013 Office installation. Upon reinstall of Office I had nothing left in Outlook except a couple of. OST files. Your product had no trouble at all in converting them back to. PST files and I was able to recover my entire series of services. I have all my mail, contacts and calendars back.
