When you search any Outlook message in the spotlight then the resultant searched message consist the index of the message and it does not have the message body and show the error “Outlook cannot open the file because it is not associated with the default identity”. This error message may also show whenever Spotlight returns messages from an identity other than that of default identity.

    Hello,

OLK14 – It is a Temporary Identity File Created in Mac Outlook 2011 Version

OLK15 – It is also a Temporary Identity File Created in Outlook 2016 Version

And for opening the files in Windows OS you must use a third party tool named as OLK File Viewer.
