Outlook Incoming Mails Disappear Automatically

Hi experts,

I have a HP laptop and using Outlook 2010. But, from yesterday, when I received emails in Outlook. They got disappeared automatically. Can anyone tell me the solution to this issue?

Any help will be highly appreciated!

This issue is happening with all the Outlook incoming mails not for a specific sender.

Did you apply any rule to the Incoming Mails? n

No Michael, I did not create any rule for Outlook incoming mails.

Hello, nnYou should try these steps to fix this issue. nnOpen "Microsoft Outlook" >> Go to “View” tab >> “Current View” group. Make sure that Show All Messages is checked and nothing else. nnIt can also be the issue of third party Add-Ins, so you have to also check them and remove unnecessary add-ins. nnWhile I was searching on the web, I found an informative article on Outlook Email Disappears.
