Outlook OST File Got Corrupted on Restart

I am having a specific person with issues in Outlook 2010. He received this error message:- “Errors have been detected in the file C:\Users\Admin\Local Settings\Applicati. OST”

This issue only happens when the computer is restarted. It looks like the file is also missing from the folder structure.

If anyone knows about it then please help me.

Hi, nnWhich process did you try to in order to fix this issue? I suggest you to backup OST file and delete it. After that recreate the account and let Exchange sync itself. See if it fixes the issue. nnI hope it will be helpful for you. n
