Outlook Sending Multiple Emails: How to Fix?

From Last Week my Outlook 2013 sends multiple copies of the same email. Sometimes it sends one email along with attachments around 10 to 20 time. What is the reason and how to fix Outlook Sending Multiple Emails issue?
