    Hi Experts,

    I am using Microsoft Outlook 2010 and want to print email attachment without opening the message. So, is there any method by which I can do this?

    Any help will be highly appreciated!!!

    Hello,

    Yes, you can easily print Outlook email attachment in Batch without opening the message in Outlook. To do so, you have to follow the given below steps:
    1. Open “Microsoft Outlook” >> Go to “Outlook Inbox” and highlight the email that contains the attachment.
    2. Click on “File” Tab >> “Print” (at left pane) >> Click on “Print Options”.
    3. A new window will appear, mark the option “Print attached files. Attachment will print to the default printer only”.
