Hello,

I have some Outlook messages that I want to save those emails with me as they are really important to me. I want to print all the emails and keep them as a backup as I am about to format my system and there is no need to save bulk email mailbox on the computer. That's I am looking for the solution to print email messages from Outlook. Can anyone suggest any simple and effective method?

Hi Sandra, nnThe method is very simple but I want to know whether you are currently using MS Outlook email application or not?

I tried this method but somehow my Outlook email application is hanging up and I am unable to print Outlook messages. Please suggest any other solution.

You can try a third-party tool MSG Viewer Pro Plus application to open, view, save and print emails messages from Outlook. This tool can easily print MSG to PDF file format without any data loss.
