Our old ticketing system exported every ticket as an .eml file, thousands of them. Windows 10 Mail opens them one by one very badly and half the attachments do not show. Better option for browsing them in bulk?

SysTools EML Viewer loads entire folders of .eml files into one browsable list with proper attachment handling and search. Much saner than opening files one at a time in Windows Mail.
If the team later wants these searchable inside Outlook, the EML to PST converter from the same family rolls the whole export into a single PST.
Folder view plus search covers it. Ticket archive is usable again. Solved.
