How to Read MSG File Without Outlook?

Hi

I have many MSG files that are saved by my friend on my system. I want to read MSG file without Outlook as I don't want to access Outlook email application on my system due to some hardware memory issues. Can anyone suggest me any simple method that can help me in an opening and viewing MSG files? Thanks in Advance!

Hi SandrannYou can simply open MSG file by changing the file extension to. mht or. html and open that file in a browser. You can read the entire data within the MSG file.

Ok, Follow these steps: nn n	 If you are using Outlook, then you can select the specific email and save that message to the desired location. There is no need to do this if you have orphan MSG files. n	 Now, the Outlook message is saved in MSG file format. Ok. To open bulk MSG emails simultaneously, you can try  a third-party tool MSG Reader tool  to  view Outlook MSG files without Outlook .
