I have a variety of terribly massive(600MB to 2GB), archive PST folders. They are on external storage. Whenever I search for a file, I need to manually connect to different archives to Outlook and wait for them to load. I don’t know what to do. How to save my time and search PST files without Outlook.

nYou can try this outstandingnCreate a separate mail profile, then start Outlook with that profile. Now connect your PST files to it and let them index the PST files. I think “Yes” you can search old PST files with this solution. But if its not working then, you should search for an alternate solution

Hmm you can use a third-party tool PST locator. I have not tried it, but it is the best tool to Search PST file as per it reviews. n
