I am unable to access OST file on my PC. Because the file gets damaged due to Interruption during synchronization process with Exchange Server and becomes inaccessible will all data. I had many important information stored in my OST file. Can anyone please suggest me any method through which I can access my corrupted OST file.

nYou can fix it by killing all Outlook related processesn1. Right click the task bar and select “Task Manager” or press CTRL+ALT+Delete, then choose “Task Manager”n2. Select the “process” tabn3. Look If anything named Communicator, Lync, ucmapi or Outlook. If you find any item related to these, select it, then click End Task button. nnNow disable cached Exchange Moden1. close Outlookn2. Open “Control Panel -> Mailn3. Select email account button and then choose Email tabn4. High light the email address giving you the warning, then select “Change”n5. Uncheck “Use Cached Exchanged Mode”n6. Select “Next” then “Finish”nnthen attempt to launch Outlook again, hopefully, it works
