    Yesterday, I received a PDF file that does not allow me to do modifications. However, I need to make changes in the document on urgent basis. Can someone suggest me the best method to edit protected PDF file?

    You can edit secure PDF files with the help of Google Chrome. It provides the facility to edit, copy, print, and extract data from PDF document without any hassle. For this you have to follow some useful steps:

    • Open PDF file Google Chrome or drag the file in chrome
    • Enter the password and click on enter button
    • Click on Ctrl and P then, print screen will open
    • Hit the Change button and hit the button Save as PDF
    • Choose the destination folder and save the file by clicking Save button
    • Then, Right-click the unsecured PDF file
    • Click on Properties
    • Hit the Security tab to view permissions

    Hi,
    I also had the same query. Few days back I was in need to edit secure PDF files. But, after many searches I have found Adobe PDF Security Remover tool. This software easily remove protection from adobe PDF files. Any copy, edit, print, and extract restrictions are removed by the tool.
