    Hi,

One day, I was sharing all my emails from one system to other. Then, I got a bulk number of emails in MSG file format. All those emails were really important for me. Therefore, I need to save Outlook MSG as PDF along with all the attachments. Can anyone suggest any method to complete this task of converting Outlook MSG files to PDF?

    Hello,

You can simply open MSG files with MS Outlook and save them in HTML format. After that, you can easily save them in PDF format.

Yes, sure. You need to follow some steps:

    1. Open Outlook and you need to select the email to save as Adobe PDF document file.
    2. Click on File >> Save As.
    3. In Save As dialogue box, browse the resultant file and mention the name of the file.
    4. Select HTML file format From ‘Save As Type’ drop-down menu. Click on Save button.
    5. Now, right-click the HTML file and open with MS Word.
    6. In MS Word, click on File >> Save As.
    7. In ‘Save As’ dialogue box, set the destination location to save PDF file.
    8. Select PDF from ‘Save As Type’ drop-down menu and then, click on Save button.
    9. Finally, you will get PDF files.

This method is fine but not suitable for bulk emails. As, I am having thousands of MSG files, I want a solution that can help me to save Outlook MSG to PDF in batch.
