How Can I Separate PST Files by Year?

Hello Guys,

In my Microsoft Outlook account, some of the PST files are of large size and I cant manage them easily it makes so many problems. So, I decide to separate PST files that is personal storage table files in a yearly basis. How can I do this task?

Hi, nnIf you are searching for the manual methods to divide Outlook PST file based on year, then the following answer will help you very much. Before starting this process you must configure MS Outlook account to archive it depends on the received date rather than modified date. Then you can follow the steps that are given below: nnStep 1: Open “Archive dialog box” select “archive this folder and all sub-folders” then choose the folder. nStep 2: Provide “date” in “Archive items older than” menu.
