In my Microsoft Outlook account, some of the PST files are of large size and I cant manage them easily it makes so many problems. So, I decide to separate PST files that is personal storage table files in a yearly basis. How can I do this task?

Before starting this process you must configure MS Outlook account to archive it depends on the received date rather than modified date.
