rnHi All,

Recently my organization signed a collaboration agreement with another company, therefore now we are moving from Outlook Express to Outlook. I am from the data administrator department, and now I am responsible to make the old data accessible into the new platform i. e. MS Outlook. As well as I need to keep a backup of every single bit of employee's data to avoid any legal or other data custody issues. Can anybody let me know what will be the simplest approach to do the same.

Barry

Hello BarrynnWelcome to our community, why don't you contact to the support team of Microsoft. There might be an in-built solution for the same. nnMichealnn

nHi, nnI have already searched a lot for Outlook Express support but found that Microsoft had already ended the support for Outlook Express, so not found any help from there. nnBarry

Hello BarrynnDo not worrynYou can try the following steps & let me know if this is best suited for you or not. n1. Download and install Window live mailn2. Import Outlook Express data in Window live mail (Note: Entire emails get saved into EML format)n3. Now drag these EML files into Outlook & your data become accessible in MS Outlook 2013nnEddie n

Hello EddiennI have tried this solution, but there are so many EML files get created corresponding to this. So can you please suggest another method that can make the process fast for multiple users? nnBarry

HmmnnOk, then why don't you give a try to third party tool to convert DBX to PST from a third-party vendor DBX to PST Converter. It will less the overhead of exporting individual employee's data, because it provide the bulk export option to export your Outlook Express Data to MS OutlooknnEddienn
