Can Anyone Suggest Me a Method to Upload PST to Exchange Server

I just want to upload PST to Exchange Server. Are there any possible ways for doing it? Please provide the procedures and methods for the same.

These manual methods are really long, time taking and causing problem with the password protected files. Can anyone provide me the solutions with the help of any sort of software to upload PST to Exchange Server?
