    Hello,

    I am a project manager in an IT Firm and want to distribute my Outlook PST Data among all employees. Actually, I want to give some data to the employee by selected date and some of them on yearly basis. Can anyone tell me how can I sort out this issue easily?

    Hi Michael,

    You can use archive option of MS Outlook for this. By using this option, you can easily archive large PST files according to date wise. I hope it will work for you.

    Hi Barry,

    I am unable to find the Date wise archiving option in MS Outlook. Will you please provide me the exact path to access the date wise archiving options?

    Sure Michael,

    You have to follow this path to reach there: Open “MS Outlook” >> Click on “File” Tab >> Go to “Cleanup Tools” >> “Archive”.

    Hi,
    Thanks Barry. I tried this option to split Outlook PST file into small chunks, but found it a bit time-consuming process. If I use this option, then it spoils my time. So, could you please tell me another fast and secure alternative method for it.

    Why not? If you don’t want to spoil your time with this manual method of Archiving in MS Outlook, then there is only one way to split your Outlook PST File in few time i.e. third party software.

    One of the best Tool in my mind that is “SysTools-Split PST Software“. I also used this software when I needed to split large PST. So, I would like to suggest you this tool based on my personal experience.

    Note: Run the demo version before move further.

    I used “SysTools-Split PST Software” as you suggested me. It really worked perfectly. I easily managed to divide my Outlook PST file by splitting it with date-wise and year-wise split options.
