I am a project manager in an IT Firm and want to distribute my Outlook PST Data among all employees. Actually, I want to give some data to the employee by selected date and some of them on yearly basis. Can anyone tell me how can I sort out this issue easily?

Sure Michael, nnYou have to follow this path to reach there: Open “MS Outlook” >> Click on “File” Tab >> Go to “Cleanup Tools” >> “Archive”. nnn

If you don't want to spoil your time with this manual method of Archiving in MS Outlook, then there is only one way to split your Outlook PST File in few time i. e. third party software. nnOne of the best Tool in my mind that is "a third-party tool-Split PST Software". I also used this software when I needed to split large PST.
