I am using Mac Outlook at my workplace, I am unable to figure out why my subordinates are not able to import the Outlook file I sent to them. They are using Windows Outlook. Is that the issue due to different file formats of Mac and Windows?

This is the problem due to different file formats of Mac Outlook and Windows Outlook data file. OLM is the file format for Mac Outlook and PST file format is supported by Windows Outlook.
So, Is there any way to make the OLM file supported in Windows Outlook?
You need to convert the file format of OLM file to PST format using a third party tool. So that, You can use the PST file in Windows Outlook.
Sorry, I forgot to mention the version, I am using Mac Outlook 2016. Is there any free utility for the same?
