Just wanted to drop you a short note to let you know how happy I am with your OST to PST conversion product.

I used your suggestion from above list and installed SysTools OST to PST Converter.

I had to “reset” my Windows 10 system and it wiped out my 2013 Office installation. Upon reinstall of Office I had nothing left in Outlook except a couple of .ost files. Your product had no trouble at all in converting them back to .pst files and I was able to recover my entire series of services. I have all my mail, contacts and calendars back. Thank you so much for providing a product that works as advertised.
