    Hi,

    I received some important emails and attachments from my client but, When I tried to open them I got stuck with the error message and cannot open attachments in Outlook 2016. Anyone have the solution for this problem?.

    Hi,
    There might be two reasons due to which you are unable to open Outlook attachments first is when the error is associated with temporary internet files. Another is due to security protocols. Therefore, I would recommend you to use PST Email Viewer. This software allows the users to open and read Outlook emails along with attachments. Moreover, it works so easily that even non-technical person can use.
