Certain services accessible via the Website may be subject to additional terms and conditions, as well as instructions that may supersede, supplement, or modify these Terms of Use. When applicable, special conditions shall be made readily available to the user and must be accepted prior to the provision of that specific service. Login and Password

Sysc reserves the right to require users to register in order to access certain services available on the Website. When prior registration is required, users must complete the online registration process for each service as specified, providing the information requested on the registration form. Registration may require that a third-party provider be first subscribed to (i.e social network, email provider). Before registering, the user must agree to the terms and conditions of the third party provider.

All information submitted by users via the Website must be accurate, current, and complete. To this end, each user guarantees the authenticity of all data submitted when registering for or subscribing to relevant services.

Registration and authentication will always be required in order to submit contributions to the Website or any interactive services associated with it. After registering and obtaining a password, users may post, upload, or publish contributions subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Use. When users participate in a discussion or thread, they will be notified via email of any new messages, posts, or replies from third parties, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If the user selects or is provided with a user identification code, password, or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures (the "password/s"), the user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of such information. The user is not permitted to disclose it to a third party.

Personal and non-transferable passwords are assigned; no assignment of passwords, even temporarily, to third parties is permitted. As such, users agree to be diligent with their passwords and to keep them secret. If a user becomes aware of or suspects the loss, theft, or use of his or her password by others, or if anyone other than the user knows the user's password, the user must immediately notify Sysc at support@sysc.org.

Sysc reserves the right to disable any password, whether chosen by the user or assigned by Sysc, at any time if the user violates any of these Terms of Use provisions.

Each user is responsible for any costs or damages incurred as a result of a third party using his or her password to access the Website, its content, or services as a result of the user's careless use or loss of the password.

Where Sysc does provide an interactive service, Sysc will provide users with clear information about the type of service offered, whether it is moderated, and what type of moderation is used, including whether it is human or technical. Sysc may use spam filters or word filters, for example, to automatically prevent the uploading or publication of inappropriate words or phrases, or to block or delete contributions containing such words or phrases.

Sysc will do its best to assess any potential risks to users from third parties when they use any interactive service provided on the Website, and Sysc will decide whether it is appropriate to use moderation of the relevant service (including what type of moderation to use) in light of those risks in each case. However, Sysc is under no obligation to oversee, monitor, or moderate any interactive service provided on the Website, and Sysc expressly disclaims any liability for any loss or damage arising from a user's use of any interactive service in violation of these Terms of Use or any applicable legislation, whether or not the service is moderated.

Force Majeure is understood to include all events beyond Sysc's reasonable control, such as failures of third parties, operators, or service companies, acts of government, lack of access to third-party networks, acts or omissions by public authorities, those caused by natural disasters, power outages, and attacks by hackers or other third parties on the security or integrity of Sysc's systems. In any case, regardless of the cause, Sysc shall have no liability for any direct or indirect damages, consequential damages, and/or loss of profits to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sysc disclaims all liability for damages of any kind resulting from a lack of truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, and/or timeliness of the content transmitted, stored, made available or received, obtained or accessed through the Website, as well as for content provided or offered by third parties or entities.

Sysc disclaims liability for any content or contributions that users send Sysc via the Website, email, or any other means, leaving users liable for any content or contributions sent by them. Hyperlinks to Third-Party Websites (Outbound Links)

The Website may contain technical linking devices, directories, and even search tools that allow users to access other sites ("Linked Sites") solely to facilitate the search for and access to information, content, and services available on the Internet.

If users believe that a Linked Site contains illegal or inappropriate content, they should contact Sysc immediately via email (support@sysc.org), indicating: (a) the sender's name, phone number, and email address for responses; (b) a description of the facts that reveal the illegal or inappropriate nature of the Linked Site; and (c) confirmation that the information is correct. However, such a communication does not imply the automatic removal of such Linked Site, nor does it imply Sysc's actual knowledge of the activities and/or contents specified by the sender. Sysc reserves the right to remove any link that has already been published on the Website if the relevant Linked Site changes or if the content and/or services do not comply with the principles or provisions of these Terms of Use or with current legislation.

The existence of Linked Sites does not imply the existence of agreements or any business relationship between Sysc and those who run, manage, are responsible for, or own such Linked Sites, nor does it imply Sysc's support, approval, recommendation, promotion, or identification with the content or services offered by them.

Sysc I assumes no responsibility for the content or services of other websites, and shall not be held liable for any losses or damages caused by the unlawfulness, quality, unavailability, error, or use of the content and/or services of the Linked Sites, nor for any other damage that is not directly attributable to Sysc, except as expressly stated herein; and (ii) does not accept any responsibility for the content or services of other websites. Sysc is not liable for the outcomes obtained from the Linked Sites. If users choose to visit and/or use any of the Linked Sites, they do so at their own risk and must take appropriate virus and other harmful element protection measures.

Website Hyperlinks (Inbound Links)

No third party is permitted to insert links from a third party website to the Website unless Sysc expressly consents in writing.

The provision of such authorization and the subsequent insertion of the link does not imply the existence of any agreements or a relationship between Sysc and the relevant third party, nor does it imply Sysc's approval of the content and services offered on the relevant website. The link to be included in the third-party website must be identical to the one provided by Sysc.

If a third party is granted permission to use the link support@sysc., that use will be in accordance with the intended use and limitations specified in the consent. In this case, Sysc may seek the removal of any link to the Website at any time and without providing any reason for the request, and the party responsible for such site must immediately remove such inbound link.

Personal Data Privacy and Protection

Any personal information provided by users when using the Website or collected by Sysc will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

Before providing personal information to Sysc, users must read and accept the Privacy Policy. Similarly, according to our Cookies Policy, the user's consent will always be required before placing cookies.
