    I have multiple large sized pdf files. I want to store the pdf files into smaller sizes in a specialized manner. Is it possible to do so, Please Help!!!

    Hi Mariya,

    PDF files can be divide by using the Adobe Acrobat pro Application.

    1. Launch the Adobe Acrobat Pro application.
    2. Click on the file button on the menu bar, then click on the Open option to add the specific PDF file.
    3. Once the file has been added, Then click on the “Document” option.
    4. On the dropdown menu, Click on the Split document option.
    5. On the next menu, Provide the filters such as no. of pages, file size, etc.
    6. Save the Output at the desired location such as on the same folder or some other specific folder.

    Hi Michael,

    I tried your method!!!! and its effective.

    I was able to split my large pdf file of 60 MB with 900, It was split into 30 parts. Each part was having 30 pages.

    But each document of these 30 parts had the same size of 60 MB, Now the pdf documents that i used to store in 60 mb into 1.8 gb!!!

    This is a problem that led to consider some disk storage management.

    Is there any method to specify the space allocated to the distributed pdf files.

    Hi Michael,

    I am also having the same doubt about the matter. My files are easily divided and Now, There are multiple files with same file sizes. Thus, the files are taking a lot of space.

    Hence, I am facing a lot of storage issues.

    Is there any other procedure without the storage issues.

    Please Help!!!

    Hi Mariya,

    A few Months back I was facing the same problem. I was unable to distribute my pdf file into small parts.

    but, after some research, I came across this pdf file splitter software. It easily distributed all my pdf files into small pdf files.

    This also addresses the size management issue by providing a customized filter that allows to specify the size of the final divided pdf file.

    You can give a try to this amazing software to divide and merge pdf files.
