    Hi Lincoln,

Contacts can be easily imported into Outlook. But firstly, You have to export the contacts from your Gmail account.

You can follow these certain Steps:

    1. Login with your Credentials to your Gmail account.

    2. Go to the ‘Google Apps‘ button & Click on the ‘Contacts‘ button.

    3. On the contact’s page click on ‘More‘, On the drop-down menu click on ‘Export‘.

    4. Now, Click on ‘Goto Old Contacts‘, Now all the saved Gmail contacts will appear on the window.

    5. On the left-hand side of the window click on ‘More‘, On the drop down menu click on the ‘Export‘ button.

    6. Now, Select the ‘Outlook CSV Format‘ for importing the file into Outlook.

After You have performed these steps, Reply to me for further instructions

    Hi Lincoln,

You are almost done with the process,

But, Please tell me which version of Outlook are you using?

This would be helpful for me to know, As each outlook version has different configuration settings.

So, It will become more easy for me to help you out, Once i know which version of Outlook you are using.
