    How to change default settings of accepted meetings. Outlook accept all meetings as Tentative by default which is not good for me.

    So, please tell me any method to change default settings of all incoming requests.

    Hi Lincoln,
    Thanks for posting in SYSC

    You can change default settings of accepted meetings very easily. Just follow below steps:
    1) Go to File menu and then Options in Outlook.
    2) Now in Outlook Options Window go to Mail from left Panel.
    3) Now scroll down and you will find Tracking section.
    4) Now uncheck the checkbox “Automatically process meeting requests and responses to meeting requests and polls”
    5) Now Just Click on OK button.
