    Hello Guys,

I am to configure Exchange 2010 to Stop receiving mails for those employees mailboxes who have left the company.

The Problem arises when any client mail to a team related to any info then that mail goes to all employees mailboxes who is working in a team but now some employees have left the company but still incoming mails goes to their mailboxes.

Therefore I want to stop clients mails to go into those employees mailboxes who isn’t working here anymore.

So, Please tell me the possible solution to the problem.

    Thanks

    Hi lincoln,
You can go for set restrictions on incoming mails to get into those mailboxes who isn’t related to team anymore. You can go with “Message Delivery Restrictions” option to set Accept message from option.
By setting this all incoming mails won’t go to restricted mailboxes.
