    Hi

    If you have anti-virus software installed in your systems which scans files that are going on the network or any other software that may interfere with copy network operation, please copy it or uninstall it for testing.

    Hello Micheal

    I already turned off the antivirus program and also changed the profile speed to 50%, however the error is still occurred.
    By the way, I intend to create a new profile for backing up these .pst files instead of synchronization, so that I just include .pst file and exclude everything else. Is it possible to create such kind of profile

    Yes off course you can include/exclude certain files, based on extensions in a profile, using file filters that are in profile settings.

    May I know how to setup the filter: include .pst file and exclude every other extension

    To enable this option
    Use window native file copy you may get this option in PRO profile setting-> performnance
    Do tell me if this works for you.

    Hi All

    I read all the answers, and I think Barry you may came out of your problem by trying all that. But I too have a solution for you in case the above solutions wont work.

    1. Go to the location SCANPST.EXE file is saved
    2. Double click SCANPST.EXE
    3. A Short Window Microsoft Outlook Inbox Repair Tool Will pop up.
    4. Now go to Browse to select corrupt PST File from the systm directory
    5. The selected PST file will be shown on the edit box. Now click on start to start the scanning process
    6. As the scanning file process is done. All the errors and issues will be shown here.
    7. Now click on repair button to repair the scanned PST file.
    8. It will take few minutes, once it will repair you can view your archived Outlook file.
