    hi,
    Outlook Calendar or Task reminders may not appear at the scheduled time. Also, it receive the following message when I click Save and Close for a new appointment with a reminder:
    The reminder for may not appear because the item is not in your Calendar or Tasks folder.
    Is this OK?

    Is there any way to get all the appointments to show in the Calender view?

    The first thing I tried was to move my appointments over to my Hotmail calendar then sync that to my Windows 8.pick up the “next” appointment but only if it’s today or tomorrow so that’s useless as well.

    Make sure that TO-DO-BAR view is on Normal form
    To do this in Main Menu.
    1. Go to VIEW then on TO-DO-BAR click on NORMAL.
    2. This will allow the calendar to display on the right side of the screen.
    3. When you are on Monthly view some enhancing could be done but much better than day/month view
    4. On the calendar displayed in the to-do bar; notice that the number of days marked there with a different colour.
    Now however on the calendar and directly select a range of days in one go (like 2 weeks) try also with 3 and then see what happens
