    I use Outlook 2011 for Mac. Whenever I try to send email message with attachments. I receive the following error:

    An unknown error has occurred in Outlook. A message in your Outlook could not be sent. The account which created the message could not be found.

    Error code: – 17199

    Please help me resolve this issue

    Hello,
    Please follow the steps to resolve the error in Outlook 2011 Mac:
    Step 1: Check whether you are connected to web

      Verify that you can sign in to your account using the web-based application. For instance, if you have a Gmail account then sign in.
      If you are able to sign in, go to the next step. If you cannot sign in, contact your email provider to obtain the valid mail id and password for the account.

    Step 2: Deleting every email in Outbox

      Open your Outbox and delete all outgoing emails then click Send/Receive.

    I tried deleting the message from Outbox but the outbox is again showing 1 unread message in Outbox.

    You can try re enterring your Username and Password
    Follow the simple steps:
    1. In Outlook Go to Tools > Accounts.
    2. Choose your email account and carefully enter mail id your password
    3. Make sure that the Incoming and Outgoing Server are correct and close the window

    No I am unable to send the message and the problem still persist. What can be the possible reasons for this problem?

    The possible causes for this error are:
    Virus attack on file
    Corruption of OLM File used by Outlook.
    Improper shutting down of the system

    Another alternative is Convert the OLM file to PST File.

    Yes you can convert OLM to PST
    Firstly create an IMAP Account i.e iCloud
    drag your email into server and then drop the emails back to windows.
    But this will work only if the OLM files are not corrupted. The best method is using an OLM to PST software available on Internet.

    Will that solve the purpose and fix the corrupted OLM files as well?Can you suggest me such software?

    Yes, that will definitely solve your problem.As per my suggestion I would recommend SysTools OLM to PST Converter as this software have been a great help for me.It is a user-friendly as well as reliable software.

    Really an amazing software. It have helped me repair my corrupt OLM file as well as converted OLM to PST
