    Hi,
    You have not mentioned that which exchange server you are using.
    I tell you about exchange 2010.
    Just go to EMC and then go through Mailflow Settings and check for Mailbox properties. And see that there isn’t any forwarder is applied for sending mails.

    Same way you can do in Exchange 2013 & 2016, You just need to look for mailbox properties and check for any applied forwarder.

    You should check receive connector of Exchange 2013 first then Check Outlook Configuration in any Machine of with the Organization.

    Hope you would find some way to fix this.
