    I am using Outlook 2013 at my office and configured an Official account with it. Yesterday my boss called me and asked to send some of the client contacts to him. Is there any way to save Outlook 2013 contacts to vCard (.vcf) format so that I can easily select and send the contacts to him?

    To assist you better, can you please tell me that do you want a manual method or an automated solution to export Outlook contacts to .vcf format?

    Hi,

    You can export a .vcf (vCard) file from MS Outlook from the following steps:

    1. Open Microsoft Outlook >> Go to contacts >> Select the contact to export.

    2. Go to the File menu and select Save As.

    3. Select vCard (.vcf) format.

    4. Save the file to your desktop.

    Thank you, Martin, for showing interest to resolve my query. Actually, I have to send more than 75 contacts so, can you please suggest a relevant third-party tool to export .pst to .vcf easily in no time.

    Hi Eddie,

    On behalf of my personal experience, I would like to suggest vCard Export software to export Outlook contacts to vCard. This is one of the best solutions, I have tried to move multiple contacts as vCard format without losing any data.

    Thank you, Mariya, for suggesting this great solution to transfer .pst contacts to .vcf format. It really helped and transferred all my Outlook contacts in vCard file format easily.
