Since 17 October I updated my Thunderbird email client I can’t receive emails from my contacts. I been sending out mail with no issues but I can’t receive any incoming mail. Send my crash reports but nothing happened. Hoping for a response soon.
Can you share your troubleshooting info?

These type of error come when you have not configured the account properly.
Please check if any of the thing is missing or not
